These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Monumental ("the Platform"), operated by Monumental Growth ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Monumental is a B2B sales operations platform that provides CRM pipeline management, appointment setting, lead tracking, Facebook Messenger integration, and analytics tools for sales organizations.

2. Account Access

Access to the Platform is provided by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or services
• Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive messaging practices
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform through automated means

4. Data and Content

Your organization retains ownership of all data entered into the Platform. We store and process this data solely to provide the services described herein. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Facebook Integration

Use of Facebook Messenger integration features is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Messenger through our Platform complies with Meta's requirements, including obtaining any necessary consents from message recipients.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monumental Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Your organization's administrator may also remove your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email to account administrators. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
