This Privacy Policy describes how Monumental ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Monumental Growth, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform and related services, including integrations with Facebook Messenger.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When your organization creates an account on our platform, we collect names, email addresses, and role assignments for authorized users.

Facebook Messenger Data

When a Facebook Page is connected to our platform, we may receive and process the following data from Facebook Messenger conversations:

• Names and profile pictures of individuals who message the connected Page
• Message content sent to and received from the connected Page
• Conversation metadata such as timestamps and read receipts

We access this data through the Facebook Graph API and Webhooks in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.

Google Calendar Data

When a salesperson connects their Google Calendar to our platform, we access the following Google user data, only for that connected account:

• Free/busy availability (via the calendar.freebusy scope) — we read the time ranges when the calendar is busy in order to calculate open appointment slots. We do not read the titles, descriptions, attendees, or other contents of existing events.
• Calendar events we create (via the calendar.events scope) — we create, update, and cancel the appointment events that are booked through our platform on the connected calendar.

We request the minimum scopes necessary for this scheduling functionality. A connected user can disconnect at any time from our Integrations page or by revoking access in their Google Account settings, which deletes the stored authorization.

Lead and Appointment Data

We collect and store information related to sales leads, appointments, and client interactions entered by users or received through integrated channels.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Manage CRM pipelines and sales operations for our clients
• Facilitate appointment setting and scheduling between sales teams and prospects
• Route and organize incoming Messenger conversations for efficient follow-up
• Provide analytics, reporting, and performance tracking for sales teams
• Send notifications related to leads, appointments, and platform activity
• Read connected Google Calendar free/busy times to calculate available appointment slots, and create or update appointment events on the connected calendar
• Improve and maintain the platform's functionality and reliability

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:

• With your organization: Data collected through your connected Pages is accessible to authorized users within your organization on our platform.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure that may process data on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Retention

We retain lead and conversation data for as long as your organization maintains an active account. Upon account termination, data is retained for up to 90 days to facilitate any transition needs, after which it is permanently deleted. Users may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and sensitive data at rest
• Role-based access controls limiting data visibility to authorized users
• Regular security updates and monitoring of our infrastructure
• Secure credential storage using application-level encryption

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Facebook Platform Data

Our use of information received from Facebook APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including requirements around data use, storage, and deletion.

8. Google API Services Data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, transfer it to others except as necessary to provide our scheduling service or to comply with applicable law, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email to account administrators.
